Our consultants can act as a project manager (PM) independent of our core consulting services should your company or organization require a PM to manage an internal IT project conducted by your staff. Integrated Project Management
As a component of our IT infrastructure Design service, a dedicated project manager is automatically assigned to the client implementation to ensure the project is brought in on time and within budget. This helps prevent cost overruns and resource misallocation by the consultant's use of our state-of-the-art project management system.

Staff Training in Project Management Tools
We provide basic training in the use of our project management system (i.e. Project Web Access) for your staff involved with the IT project and key personnel and/or stakeholders within your organization.
